AP PGECET Cut Off is different for different courses. The cut off varies from institute to institute. The cut off for AP PGECET 2019 is used for awarding rank to the candidates. The AP PGECET cut off rank is according to the categories & branches. Only those candidates get rank, who score more than 30 marks out of 120. Hence, the cut off percentage is 25%.

As you ask me which is better college among the both. So i would like to say you knowledge matter not a college. According to me both are good.
I am sorry to say but it required to have a good rank  in AP EAMCET (at least 1 20000) to secure admission in JNTU kakinada.
But as your rank is more than 20000 you cannot get seat in JNTU college.

With a rank of around 272 in bc b category, you have chances of getting a seat in au or jntuk when comparing the results of the past years.

Firstly congratulations for the rank u got in stream of cse. For JNTU cutoff rank is 754 so that u can easily get seat there. And yes you can have a chances in SVU too.

Yes you can get m.tech seat in jntuk by self financing.It is a Coed, Aided college. And   self financing courses are more costlier than your regular courses but the circumstances will remain same.

Sel finance category is a good way of getting an admission into JNTUK. There are many branches and programmes where you can get a post graduation in Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University.

However, it works only for specific programmes and sometimes for reservation seats. If you want to pursue one of these programme s in JNTUK with respect to the category,then you definitely can be a part of JNTUK through self finance with respect to your ap PGECET rank.

These programme s are:-

Hydraulics and water resources engineering ( general)

Power electronic and drive s

VLSI Embedded systems

Communication engineering and signal processing (st).

You have not mentioned your category. If you are from General Category then it is difficult for you to get admission in JNTU, Kakinada for B Pharmacy (BiPC) as the last year's cut off by rank for the last round was 10111.

However if you belong to SC/ST category then you may get admission in BiPC in the final round of counselling. Last year's cut off for SC category was 18402 and for ST it was 22623. The cut offs may vary slightly from year to year as it depends on the difficulty level of exam, number of candidates appearing for the entrance exam, total no. of applicants etc.
