For JNTUK your rank needs to be below 100 or may be less than 20 also,JNTUK is an category A college and cutoff rank is very high for this college.if you have this much rank you will get admission easily but if you have more than 100 rank then also you can try for other colleges, they are also good.

All the colleges are equally good. To get into Any of the these colleges you need to give APICET. Also, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University(JNTU), Kakinada, Sri Venkateshwara University, Tirupati are "A" Category college to get admission any these you need to get a rank between 1-100 for this your score has to be somewhere between 151 to 200 for MBA.

Since the closing ranks for colleges are not available anywhere so I cannot really give you any suggestions regarding the colleges that you can get with this rank. I choose not to guess in this matter as it is a sensitive issue and beating about the bush isn't an option. 

You can try for the seat but it is always advisable to keep back up options, just in case you don't get ECE in JNTUK as there might be many more candidates with better ranks waiting for the seat. The cutoffs depend of various factors like the number of candidates and their ranks and the number of seats available.

I would suggest you to participate in the counselling properly and wait.

For that, you may contract Institute also go to or visit the official site and seek they cause even all they M.tech and you may get some idea which course is good for you. you may be asked for a suggestion and my suggestion is to get they syllabus so you may get full the idea of choosing courses

a self finance university is one which does not receive any financial aid from the Central Govt. of India or from the State Govt. where it is located. They also do not get any financial grants from the UGC nor do they get any benefits from UGC. Such an institute finances itself through the fees paid by the students who enroll for the courses and may get private financing from other sources, such as a corporate house.
