Since the closing ranks for colleges are not available anywhere so I cannot really give you any suggestions regarding the colleges that you can get with this rank. I choose not to guess in this matter as it is a sensitive issue and beating about the bush isn't an option. 

Coming to your rank, with my knowledge, it will be tough to get Civil in Osmania University and JNTUH as they are one of the most sought after universities and there will be many more candidates with better ranks waiting for the seats. You can still try for these universities but I would suggest you to keep back up options too.

I would suggest you to participate in the counselling properly and wait.

Yes,for sure you will seat a seat in Osmania University.

The minimum marks you need is 70 and maximum below 1000 for surely getting a seat.

As you even mentioned your caste.Sc has more chances of getting as a seat.

So go for it without any problem.All the best

The marks required for admission is above 70  and bekow 1000 in Osmania.

I eowou suggest you to go for Osmania.As I'm a resident of the particular State i know well about the university.

The collge is very good you can find a friendly Nature and huge campus around you.Its best for your education.

Overall the petroleum engineering branch at JNTU, Kakinada. The infrastructure is very good as it is one of the newest department in the college. The faculty members are also very good some are from industries like ONGC. But the core placements are very less in number, most of the students get placed in mass IT recruiters.

Petroleum engineering at JNTU, Kakinada is a good and decent choice to go with. The infrastructure and faculty is brilliant even though the department is quite new in the the college. However, due to a bit of poor management from the college placement cell, few core companies only visit for recruitment. The situation may improve in the coming years especially due to it's ideal location near KG Basin.

GITAM University - Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, Visakhapatnam is the best option for CSE.

The college provides best placements, and above 90% of placements are comfortably offered to students. The highest package offered was 17 LPA, and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. The placement cell of the college conducts many training programs which are useful for every student in the campus interviews.

Best class infrastructure is available in the Gitam University, and the college has well-equipped labs, research rooms, meeting halls, the auditorium with the capability of 1,500 students can accommodate. There are also sports rooms, best library and the hostels are maintained with good infrastructure.

There are highly qualified faculty members at Gitam University, and they teach the classes in such a way that every student understand easily, and their teaching quality is useful.
