hi!
a self finance university is one which does not receive any financial aid from the Central Govt. of India or from the State Govt. where it is located. They also do not get any financial grants from the UGC nor do they get any benefits from UGC. Such an institute finances itself through the fees paid by the students who enroll for the courses and may get private financing from other sources, such as a corporate house.
Hello aspirant,
Firstly congrats as you secured a very good rank and the colleges you mentioned all are equally good, so now in terms of infrastructure and placements all of them are giving their best, instead of auwomen I suggest remaining co-education colleges because they help you to move with your colleagues freely even in future work environment. Hope you understood.
All the very best for your bright future!!
Hi there
GMR Institute of Technology - GMRIT for mechanical engineering is a better choice.
Placements : In the college, students who have CGPA of above 7.5 get good placements. The highest salary was 5 lakhs per annum, and the lowest salary was 2.5 lakhs per annum. Companies required students of good communication, technical skills and responsible persons. They have a placement cell which is very useful for students to choose the best company.
Infrastructure : they have Wi-Fi facility with 200 Mbps and well-equipped labs. Classrooms are not bad but having projectors in every classroom. The library is very good to learn more things because several books are available in it.
Faculty : Some of the faculty are well-educated and explains very well, but some are satisfactory. All are very helpful either in classrooms or campus. The faculty-student ratio is 1:5.
Overall its a better option than pursuing petroleum at JNTU. But if you're interested in petroleum engineering then you must go for it.

The facilities at our college are better when compared to other colleges. The infrastructure is so good, there is more space for labs and there will be internet connectivity anywhere in the college. The hostels facilities are good for boys and girls and there will be internet connectivity in both hostels.
Infrastructure of the college is really good and they provide us the sufficient facilities as per the requirement and I really having too good campus as this really attracts you with infrastructure and equipment's being available in labs , library and sport facilities too.
Good and spacious classrooms and an excellent library are available. There is a very slow Wi-Fi. Good R&D labs are available. The food is not up to the mark in the canteen. There are good hostel rooms with good maintenance. Sports would be encouraged well. This is the best university with most facilities. Poor medical facilities are available at the campus.
