See furst of all i guess that you have got  a good rank to get in jawaharlal nehru technological university both in hyederabad, kakinada. See both college is good in their own fields. If you see the infrstructure of hyederabad is better, same with the placement, hyederabad is good. So you can go for hyederabad. 

Coming to the hostel fee .If you are admitted in the hostel, then you need to pay a caution money around 15k, and 2k to 3k monthly for mess.

TSICET is entrance exam to do your graduation in MBA and MCA and based on your rank and caste definitely you will get admission in any jntu colleges according to previous year cutoff rank and no college provide free hostels for students you need to pay amount it's different from college to college approximately it will rang from 60-1lakh per year hostel fees

JNTU Maithini has hostel accommodation for both boys and girls alongwith mess facilities. The intake of boy's hostel is 622 students while that of girls's hostel is 499. Both the hostels comprise of double and triple sharing rooms, dining hall, tv hall and kitchen.

If you have written tseamcet entrance exam then you can participate in any College couselling in telengana even if you belongs to any district  as JNTUH is one of the top College in Hyderabad many affiliated colleges are hold by them and I think almost all the seats are filled in JNTUH but try your luck yes you can participate

In JNTU vizianagaram the average package is around 2 lacs per annum where as the highest package goes upto 4-4.5 lacs per annum.

Dear Naveen, Wi-Fi facility is very bad but internet for labs & library is always sufficient. It has nice library and wide playground. There is no canteen in the college. Extra ordinary hostel facilities. Some small infrastructure problems are there but comparative to other colleges it is very nice.Lecturers in JNTU are less qualified. Their knowledge is nowhere help you to step up in our student life. For every 100 students there is one faculty. Industry exposure is the only word you won't hear jntuacek. Teaching quality is very worse in lower level branches. This trend starts from ECE and goes all the way to mechanical. Events will be conducted regularly. Campus crowd is around 1500. Fests like eclatecs, shilanya, magnotsav were conducted yearly.

Number of people placed from JNTU is very low. On an average yearly 5% people are being placed. The highest salary offered last year was 2.25 lacs per annum in ECE branch . No MNC company visited my college. You can't hear the word internship when you entered in to JNTU. There is a placement cell which is not useful.
