Hello Jadesmith,
After different IITs and NITs, HBTU (Harcourt Butler Technical University) Kanpur is also the GFTI i.e. Government Funded Technical Institution.
HBTU Kanpur :-
JAYPEE Institute of Information Technology :-
Now you can easily choose which college is best for you.
Good Luck!!
Hello,
If I were to choose between EE in JIIT Noida or ECE in Ajay Kumar Garg (AKG) , i would definitely go for EE in JIIT Noida.
JIIT Noida is better in terms of placements for core branches but for CS/IT Ajay Kumar Garg is better in terms of placement
As for the exposure, since both the colleges are in Delhi-NCR you will get good exposure in both of them.
Hope this was helpful
hi,
see both of the college is excellent in terms of placement, infrastructure, has experienced faculty, well equipped lab and facility for students. now as per last years placement record amity the higest package offers in amity is 14 lakhs, average packages offers is 5.6 lakhs, where in jaypee higest package was 19 lpa, mediun package was 9 lakhs. so I would place jaypee over amity.
hope it would help.
HELLO KUMAR YASH
since it is very difficult to predict the exact rank but we do have a backup> we have a formula to calculate the expected rank that is (100 – Total percentile) x 869010/100.So according to formula your expected rank for present percentile for January session comes out to be 137303. Now the expected rank might change depending on the no of candidates appearing the april session. For ex if 12 lakh candidate appear the april session then just replace 869010 by 12 lakhs. But if you score above 85 percentile then you have a very decent chance of qualifying jee mains.
Now since the official cutoffs fro college are yet to be decided but let us analyse your chances by looking into the previous year cutoffs data
Since you did not mention your caste so let us assume to be general by default
Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (Sector-62 Campus), Noida
2018 cutoffs for general
Computer Science and Engineering 51072
After looking into the data it seems a little difficult for you to enter this institute
No worries since you have an april attempt left and most importantly baap of the exams i,e Advance which may directkly lead you into IIIts.
But if you are curious to know that which college you might land into with your percentile then you can use the college predictor link which has following features;

ALL THE BEST FOR APRIL AND ADVANCE!!
Hi there.
Jaypee Institute of information technology (JIIT),Noida ,must be your first preference over Ajay Kumar Garg (AKG) because as per the records JIIT has far better placement rate than AKG.
Being practical, at the end all that matters is placement provided by the college and JIIT has a better performance in these terms. Apart from it, even the infrastructure of JIIT is far better than of AKG. Hence, You must go for JIIT.
Best of luck !
Hello,
as per your percentile, your predicted rank will be 2,08,562 which will change after the april session of JEE main.
The colleges name you mentioned in your question they majorly use UPSEE to given admission to the candidates. Some colleges accept JEE main but they have not provided the jee main cutoff list for different branches which make impossible to say that you can take an admission or not.
your rank may not make you eligible for it if it increases any further. So better to try government college using your categorical rank for admission who accepts JEE main.
see for NIT or IIIT campus and check cutoff for general and OBC category. check which one you are eligible and choose one which you feel suitable for you.
Here is the list of colleges you can apply for admission:-
Hope it helps!
