Amity University | M.Tech Admissions 2025
ApplyRanked amongst top 3% universities globally (QS Rankings).
Hello Khushboo,
MAIT is very well reputated College in Delhi and one of the best College of IP University. coming to the placements, the TPO of MAIT is very hard working, and some good companies like Mu Sigma, ZS Associates, PayU etc. come with some mass-recruiters like Infosys, Accenture etc.
The CSE department faculty is well qualified. There are some professors in the department, who are well versed in their respective domain, and you can even work under/with them, if you like.
Hope it helps!!!

Hope this helps.
Hi Khusboo,
Both are decent choices to pursue CSE. I would say that GTBIT is a slightly better choice to go for, since it is one of the traditionally reputed colleges of IPU. The study environment is serious here with good faculty. Placements are quite good for CSE and the package would depend on your abilities.
JIIT also has good placements, but studies are not up to the mark. However, at the end self study is the most important.
You can choose based on your priorities like location, studies fees etc.
All the best!
Dear Ayush,
Campus is small but quite good and very well established. You can visit anytime and have a look. Plus the pics that you find on the internet are true depiction of the campus.
You will find all basic facilities and trust me, better than any other college.
Cafe has a variety of options. You get food during ROZA for muslims at night(after fast) and even Jain food during Jain festival.
There is laundry service in the college and you have this included in your fees. Though there is a limit but still this is something rare for colleges.
Location is perfect for a college. Hangout spots nearby college. You can go to the all time favorite place for all JIITians i.e. Shipra Mall. Too many food joints in the vicinity. Also sec 18 not too far.
Metro stations nearby are Noida City center and Vaishali. Metro station near college coming up soon.
Well I don't know who even asks about flora and fauna !!! If you still want to know then that is also quite well maintained and I hope that they help in minimizing the NCR pollution.
Hostels are way better than any other college and I can personally guarantee you on this. Great speed of LAN in hostels and Wi-Fi in campus. Main attraction is AC is hostels. This means central cooling via ducts but it’s great for a hostel. It runs for a few hours at night only.
Facility is good. Rather I should say it was more or less good from my perspective. Everyone can have different opinion on this. And this can be the case with any other college as well.
Think after you get through the counselling.
All the best.
Hello student,
Waiting lists number will be recduced only if the already alloted candidates withdraw the course.
If there is no withdrawal then the chances is less. But as you are on the 1st no. of waiting list so there are high chances that you will be cleared. As their would be many students who be back off. If any 1 is also there then you will be selected.
Hey Varun
JIIT Noida Is a Great Choice. Placements are Good In the College About 75% Of Students Get Placements, But Sometimes Mass Recruiting Happens In College . Faculty Is Helpful , Knowledgeable And Experienced. Fee Structure Is A Little Expensive. The hostel is quite good as compared to other private or government colleges. There is a different hostel for the freshers and a 19 floor building for the others.
I Hope It Helps
Good Luck
Hi,
Thapar University has great environment with a great team of faculties always there to help you.thapar has a great placement record with teh percentage to be around 95% for CSE and ECE department to 90% for Mechanical department. The average package in Thapar goes around about 6to 7 lakhs and the companies like Deloitte, wipro and Infosys are some of the comapnies which act as mass recruiters. In case of Jaypee Noida the Placements are also good with 89% placements and the average package of 4-5 lakhs. the teachers are also good.
Now I've given you the insight of both the colleges and so I leave the decision with you
Thank you

dear aspirant,
JIIT noida is a nice college to opt. They give a very lavish infrastructure and good quality of education. Also, the placements of this college are average, but if we compare it with the other colleges its placement will definitely come out to be better.
JIIT noida has two branches one in 128 sector and the other in 62 itself. If you get sector 62 the blindly you can go for it as there are no problem in that campus but for 128 it's not so.
Internet:—The internet is good but the limit is even less than 1GB a day i.e., seriously pathetic. In addition it's available for 24×7 for students of sector 62 but even the timings are limited for the 128 scholars.
Sports:—The sports of 62 is NOT GOOD they don't even have a playfield. Rather a park which we are bound to say and treat the same as a feild. I must admit the sporting facilities at 128 are much much better they have proper indoor badminton court with proper ffloorings. And not like 62, they have made the badminton court in an open air area..!! Both the campus have TT, swimming pool and gym.
Fests:—There are 2 cultural and many technical fest organised by JIIT. The cultural fest by 128 is called CONVERGE and at 62 it's IMPRESSIONS. Both the fests are great however this time IMPRESSIONS was really insane, boring and monotonous..! But the in general both fest will leave a deep mark in your heart full of memories.
Hostel facility:—The hostels for 62 are really worth it they provide many facilities and quality. But at 128 they DO NOT HAVE HOSTELS. On the name of hostel at 128 they have laid teen shed and did the partitioning..and that's all, for which demand 1 lack and 10thousand rupees..!! (Girls hostel is only available at 62) Therefore if you live in the hostel of 62 then you have to catch a bus daily to and fro which takes 1hr(one side). As well as, these buses are also non AC so that is seriously a real struggle.
Rest all the things like teaching, placements, activities are good and appreciable. I cannot say the placements here are the best or the worst but they are surely unprecedented in their segment. Also the teaching faculties are also very experienced and supportive as well. In these terms I see JIIT as a very decent and ideal college in the NCR region
good luck.
Hey,
Both colleges are equally good and have decent placements and ranking. But given a choice between them then you should go for kiet ghaziabad.
A lot of companies come for in campus placements and many of our seniors have got placed with high packages. For CS Branch the average placements are around 4.5 lakhs per annum and may go higher up to 15 lakhs. For the IT branch, the highest package is 13.65 Lakhs in Cronos and the average package is around 3.5 lakhs.
Placement and job opportunities are plenty good here especially for Cs/It branch it is approx 95%...average package is about? 3-4 lpa and highest went this year is 13.29. I don't know much about other branches but it goes well there to as I heard from my friends from different branches.
