Now comparing these two college i will say CSE in NIT bhopal is far better than IT in IIT allahabad in terms of placement . But if you are keen interested in coding then

the opening rank for OBC category in NIT bhopal last year was 270 and closing rank was 956.for both  home state students and non home state student.the difference between your rank and college previous year cutoff is high . so it is not possible for you to

The last year cutoff for SPA is 400-1000. So it is very hard to get seat in SPA Delhi

As per your rank and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in b.arch are:-

As per 2018, the cutoff rank for Mechanical in MANIT Bhopal was 8.4k. According to the previous year trend this seems difficult if you would clear the cutoff or not. Now you have to wait and see if you can clear the cutoff for this year.

You can get the mechanical branch there at NIT Bhopal with this much rank of 25k through OBC category. I will suggest you to apply for other engineering colleges through jee mains. I will suggest you to go for other branches also.

To get admission in IIT you need to clear jee advance and also score good enough to get IITs as their cutoffs are high. Moreover you may get NIT bhopal with this rank but you can't get top branches like cse, ece ece as their cutoffs are lower than 6k

MANIT Cutoff for EEE goes from 914- 967 for ST Category. So it is very less chance that you get MANit with this rank
