Yes you can get time to produce caste validity certificates . Apparently you can get admission on provisional basis for NIT on Caste certificate you will share. Incase you have permanent caste certificate by valid authority and stamp then you wont face any issues whatsoever.

Yes caste certificate is must if you are applying under SC  STor OBC category to avail reservation quoat benefits else you shall be considered under General category .

DAVV IET Indore admission is through MP BE counselling on the basis of JEE Main score but MANIT Bhopal admission is purely based on JEE Main Entrance Exam through JOSSA counselling.

NITs don't have lateral entry for B.Tech courses.

The only way is through JEE Mains (after 10+2)

i would suggest you NIT surat if you actually want to study, NIT bhopal doesn't have a strict (about rules) administration department,also as it is one of the oldest colleges in the country so most of the equipments you will find will be of stone age.
