Yes you can get admission. As there is seprate reservation for you in the nit of your own state. With this rank you cannot get cs in nits like warangal , Tiruchipalli suratkal or nagpur.  But yes you can go for other Nits like Nit durgapur, Manit,Mnit

You cannot get Nsit college. For Nsit college, the required percentile is 95. So you don't get this college. Try for other enginnering exams like bitsat, viit, kiit. These are also a good colleges. So best of luck. Hope this information is helpful for you.

The counselling of IIT is through COAP(Common Offer Acceptance Portal) and that of NITs is through CCMT(Centralized Counselling for M.Tech).

The first round of COAP will start from May 14 and the fifth round is from June 23.
