I am getting nit Manipur and NSIT DELHI what I take?

Rating and review wise, both the options are good but comparatively NSIT is better than NIT Manipur. So I would suggest you to consider the same.

To get admission in NIT through jee mains paper 2 for B.Arch course is it necessary to qualify paper 1 of jee mains.

No, it is not necessary to qualify paper 1 to get admission in NITs through paper 2.

With this score you have less/ no chance to get admission in any NITs. If you want then you can apply for private colleges in Haryana, Maharashtra etc.

College Infrastructure

Extremely Beautiful and mesmerizing Infrastructure, surrounded by Greenery and Hills. Equipped with world class classrooms and Super Hygienic Washrooms that never failed to amaze the visitors. All the cleaning staffs are very well behaved.

College Infrastructure

NIT Manipur has really good infrastructure for our course. Students were provided with all the necessary facilities at this college. Wi-Fi, labs, library, canteen, computer labs, hostel, sports and all other facilities were given to the students and properly managed by the college management. The food in the canteen and mess was good to eat at an affordable price.
