If you are satisfied with any branch, then yes you can easily get NIT Tiruchirappalli at 180 marks as according to previous year cutoffs NIT Tiruchirappalli closes at around 11,000-12,000 rank for OBC Home State quota students which will correspond to a score of around 165+.

If you are not a student from Tamil Nadu state, you should have a rank of atleast 636. 
If you are a student from Tamil Nadu state, you should have a rank of atleast 2351.

I can't help you with the score required to get into NIT TRICHY as it keeps changing every year depending upon toughness level of question paper and number of students that appeared in the exam but I can surely help you with the rank you need

NIT Trichy metallurgy,BITS Hyderabad chemical,VIT chennai CSE..

IIT Hyderabad should be preferred.

Hello Chaitanya, with 4500 rank and if you still havent got any seat through 1st round CSAB counselling, you might not get into NIT delhi, trichy. However you can still stay hopefull for other NITs like NIT jalandhar, NIT agartala, NIT silchar, NIT srinagar,etc.
