As per the previous year trends you need to achieve atleast 92+ percentile to get in the cse branch in this college because usually the cut off does not goes below this.

Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper .

It is totally depends on your category, any students from ST and SC category can get a good branch with this much percentile but if you are a general category then you might face some difficulty and end up getting the low branch. As 81 percentile is not that much good.

After RGPV you can also choose some other colleges of Vidisha and sagar.

In this rank you can get both the colleges with different branches but if you are getting both the colleges then I will suggest you to go with the RGPV because of the many regions.

1. Faculty- RGPV has the best faulty in all state government college of Madhya Pradesh. SATI comes at a lower place.
2. Infrastructure - RGPv has the best infrastructure will all the furnished materials and it has a very good green lush campus.
3. Location- RGPV is in Bhopal and SATI is in Vidisha. Bhopal is the capital of MP and most of the people don't know about the Vidisha district.
4. Placements- RGPV provides the affiliation to the all colleges in state government colleges of so obviously RGPV has the great placement.

In this era as developing digital technology both IT and CSE are best courses. If you want to choose IT course then I consider you to join in LNCT university it has best faculty and it has  the best campus selections also. If you want to join in UIT RGPV then you have to think about it because it has less  campus selections when compared to LNCT.

as you mentioned your jee main rank is 527644 .

which is very less so i will suggest you to prepare for next year and try to put more effort and then you will get more marks and good ranks

and then after you go for counselling conducted by jossa and able to get good college

No, you can not get admission in Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyala which is also known as state technological University of Madhya Pradesh. You have a very low score and I suggest you to repeat jee main or give state entrance exams. Otherwise take admission to any private engineering college.
