RGPV Bhopal is a government Technological Institute of Madhya Pradesh government. To take admission in second year that means lateral entry admission is possible for a candidate when he or she passed three years diploma course or BSc or equivalent course with at least 50% marks and have to face screening test for taking lateral entry in the second year of any Technology College.will be eligible for taking admission in the second year of 4 years BTech course in which the student can complete the BTech course in 3 years.

In BTech 3rd year CSE department you have to study many more subjects. Like compiler design, computer network, computer organization and architecture, database management system,  environmental studies, linear algebra, software engineering, theory of computation. These are basically main subjects of 5th and 6th sem CSE department. I'll suggest you some good author for these subjects book below

1. Computer networking- I.A Dhotre and D.S. Bagad

2. Network design- A. M Jones

So many books are available for those subjects. You can know more some of your professors and seniors also.

In UIT-RGPV, hostel is available only for girls (both UG and PG) and boys(only PG courses) in RGPV campus that too with some income and category criteria. All the Boys pursuing BE are day scholars. One has to pay an amount of 7k per annum as bus fee otherwise for girls(if taking college hostel room) the same fee is payable as hostel fee.

Yes why not? After passing the Maths subject from NIOS, the grades or marks of the maths subject will add on to your PCB senior secondary passing certificate and marksheet. And then you will meet the requirements of pursuing an engineering course as you passed with PCM subjects in 12th.

NIOS results are accepeted and recognized throughout the country. So, there is no need to worry about your admission in your preferred colleges.

As you have not given your marks or rank but then also  for the colleges options you have given here according to that if considering for college then you should place first SGSITS,DAVV,JABALPUR ENGINEERING COLLEGE,UJJAIN,SAMRAT ASHOK VIDISHA,RGPV bhopal. It is placed in the order of government colleges to private colleges. And about branch then it depends on you which branch you have interest and you have not anything fixed then you can place main core streams and CSE/IT at top of colleges preference like given above.
