Academics
The academic curriculum is very advanced and gives students options to choose many subjects that are domain specific such as AI, Cybersecurity or Blockchain. The quality of teaching is good as well, with a lot of professional teachers who have years of experience.
College Infra
Has good infrastructure and AC classrooms for the specialization studies of CSE. The labs are very well maintained and they have advanced systems for students to work on. The classes and departments are all kept clean and maintained well. The food is very good and is better compared to other colleges.
Campus Life
Campus life is also very good in general, with the only critique being the lack of sports for students. The support staff, especially for placements are very good and helpful. The college is also very safe and the safety of students is a priority for the college.
Placements
Placements is also very good at Sathyabama. A large amount of students get placed every year and in 2026, students received 3000+ offers as of May 2026. A lot of major companies such as Amazon, Tredence Analytics and other companies with packages of over 10 lpa come to Sathyabama. Highest package generally is 41 LPA given by Amazon.
Value For Money
For me, the course cost 3.5 lakh per year and it was worth it as I got a chance to try for many good companies. The college also provides a lot of placement training and opportunities to upskill yourself helping us get better placements.

In Electronics and communication engineering department The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive. The curriculum covers important concepts and practical project based learning provides a good learning environment for students.
College Infra
The college has basic infrastructure with classrooms, laboratories, and library facilities that support academic activities.The career nexus hubs are very helpful during placement classes
However, some facilities could be upgraded and maintained better
Campus Life
Campus life is enjoyable with various events, clubs, sports activities, and opportunities to interact with peers. It offers a good balance between academics and extracurricular activities.
Placements
Placement opportunities are available, mainly in IT and service-based companies. Students seeking higher packages or core-domain jobs may need to develop additional skills and seek opportunities independently

The college provides good educational opportunities, facilities, and exposure relative to the fees charged, making it a worthwhile investment for many students

Academics are syllabus-focused with experienced faculty. Teaching is good in core subjects but lacks practical exposure. Exams are regular and strict. Assignments help learning but research opportunities are limited. Overall academics are decent, 7.5/10.
College Infra
Campus has spacious classrooms, functional labs, and Wi-Fi. Library is well-stocked but limited seating. Hostels are clean with slow maintenance. Canteen food is average. Sports ground is good but parking needs improvement. Overall infrastructure is decent, 7/10.
Campus Life
Campus life is calm and student-friendly. Fests and clubs happen but are low-key. Good greenery and open spaces. Hostel life is social, though city access is limited. Food options outside campus are few. Overall 7/10 for campus vibe.
Placements
Placements are good. Mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys visit regularly. Average package 4-5 LPA, top offers 8-10 LPA. Core companies are limited. Training and placement cell helps with aptitude/interviews. Overall 6.5/10 for placement support.
Value For Money
Fees are moderate compared to facilities and placements offered. Academics and infrastructure are decent, but ROI depends on branch. CS/IT students get better value. Hostel + mess costs are reasonable. Overall 7/10 for value for money.
