Hello karanamkalki
First of all there is no specific cut-off marks for getting admission in sastra university. Your 12th marks and jee marks will decide your seat in sastra university. The merit is made based on 25% weightage of JEEmarks And 75% of your class 12th marks. So as you have calculated then your marks are good and their are some chances that you get stream 1 in good branches.

Hello aspirant
The admission in sastra university is based on two ways
Stream 1: 70% seats are allocated by considering both( jee mains marks + board marks)
Stream 2: 30% seats are allocated by considering only ipe marks. But it has tough competition
For getting an admission in sastra through stream 1 you need to secure 90-95% in ipe and 50-120 marks in jee mains i. e above 90%
As you got good score in both you will get cse or seat in sastra
Hope this helps
Good luck
Hi Pochareddy,
I am very sorry to say that you have a low chance to get a good seat in Sastra University. yet don't lose hope and try by both the streams.
The admission is based on two ways:
Stream 1: JEE main marks + board exam marks (70% seats)
Stream 2: only board exam marks (30% seats)
There is no specific cut off to get a seat in SASTRA University. It depends on the student who scores the highest marks. If you have appeared for JEE Mains then apply under stream 1. If your board exam marks is 90-95% and JEE main marks is between 50-120 then you can get admission under stream 1.
For stream 2, your board exam marks should be at least above 85-90% to get a seat and if it is more than 95% you can get a good course.
Hope it was useful to you and your query was resolved.

It's very difficult to get a CSE in SASTRA. But you can try some rare courses like EIE , mech, etc.
It is not based on TN cut off. It is respected with the total mark.
I really like this colleges based on placement based on my optionion you can join our college. Little bit strict but that’s Okk. In our college infrastructure is better I’m currently doing my Bsc degree in sastra university
My experience with this college is a mixed one ..The infrastructure of the university is good and is the most remarkable for the computing programs The research facilities here are top notch with fully equipped Labs and great professors (not all but a few ones are very experienced and influential in their field..other buildings are average and there is a wifi facility available 24/7 for laptops..no cycle is available ..The food is good..but everything has its bad days too..the form is quite clean
laboratories for bio tech and other related departments are very good and high tech here. Hostels are non ac full vegetarian, managable. wifi is 24/7 available. the environment is good for studying here.
