As these are the mostly recommended institutions of AP so that the cut offs are generally very much high for this institutions and also your rank is not very much good so that your chances of admission are very low.
For detailed information about AP PGECET you should go through the below link which will be very useful for you definitely.

Hello aspirant,
Yes, absolutely. You've indeed done well in the AP EAMCET exam. Last year, the cutoff range as per your category went from 14236 to 23382. So, if we estimate the chances from the results of last year and your performance in the CET exam, then you mat be able to get a seat in horticulture in Dr. YSR Horticulture University effortlessly. Please proceed for admission and counselling rounds as the conducting board has already started and take all the required documents for verification so that as per your rank, the seat will be allotted to you.
Hope, it helps you. All the best!

The facilities and infrastructure of this college are very good . good labs for practicals and clinics and a well-stocked library with a huge collection of books. All the classrooms are fully equipped with high class infrastructure such as Wi-Fi and digital smart rooms. In sports, every sport is available there like cricket, basketball, lawn tennis, etc.
The infrastructure of Shri Venkateshwara University is accessible, but it still needs improvement. BCA Building was very basic and had enough sitting arrangement, but no amenities such as air conditioning. Library provides a quiet study atmosphere, but more books on technology are required. The campus environment is peaceful and has enough greenery, so one can attain a smooth temper while sitting in the campus. However, stronger facilities coupled with better improvements would describe the scene ????
College Infrastructure is mainly average and looks just for show purposes. Labs lack the basic equipment; however, overall facilities should increase more to make the learning experience better. The hostel facilities are low, especially the food that makes it an uncomfortable stay. You experienced it personally for two years.
