So you can try for SVU because you have better chances to get get seat in SVU. AP PGECET Cut Off is different for different courses. The cut off varies from institute to institute. The cut off for AP PGECET 2019 is used for awarding rank to the candidates. The AP PGECET cut off rank is according to the categories & branches. Only those candidates get rank, who score more than 30 marks out of 120. Hence, the cut off percentage is 25%.

These two are the regions coming under local area quota . Districts of East Godavari, West Godavari, Prakasam, Krishna, Srikakulam, Guntur, Vizianagaram, and Visakhapatnam are called as Andhra University Area and shall be regarded as the local area for the Andhra University and Districts of Chittoor,Ananthapur, Kurnool, Kadapa, and Nellore shall be regarded as local area for Sri Venkateswara University for the purpose of admission. And yes you can apply for seats in SUV area too.  As an AU candidate you will be considered as a local candidate in AU region and non-local candidate in SUV area . The cutoffs will be a little higher as SUV candidates will be given priority in their area.
