Tezpur is the best college among your options. It is ranked 104 by NIRF. A grade central university and takes many students ,offers decent package too. Average salary is 3.30 lakhs

NERIST is the second best college among your choice, ranked 182 by NIRF and offers decent placement. Average salary is 3.25 lakhs.

As per I got to know eligibility criteria for Tezpur University is-

60% in Class 12 or equivalent and passing marks in Physics, Mathematics, language subject, anyone among Chemistry/Biology/Biotech/Technical vocational subject and any other 5 ^th subject . You can give it a try.

2. National assessment and accreditation Council has approve this university with grade A
3. For admission in bachelor of Technology candidates are required to score Joint Entrance Exam mains score.
4. The highest placement package any student ever got was 8 lakh per annum.
5. Tezpur University also provides more than 10 scholarships to students for study.

Ideally you should prefer ECE over EE at Tezpur University. ECE is a much student friendly branch with a more relaxed curriculum, besides having excellent career scope and placement prospects across Industry Verticals. Perhaps after BTech, for a strong career in the Electronics, IT, Semiconductor or Automotive Industry, you should perhaps pursue a MTech from some of the Higher Technical Institutions like Top IITs/IISc Bangalore.

Applied Sciences(ASc), Civil Engineering(CE), Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Energy Technology (ENE), Design, Food Engineering & Technology (FET), Mechanical Engineering (ME). various educational programmes offered by School of Engineering include Under Graduate (UG), Post Graduate(PG) and Ph.D programmes.

Placements:

As per peer reviews, Placement in this college are somewhat compromised chiefly due to location of the college. No major MNC like Amazon, Microsoft have visited.
