You can borrow a laptop with in-built web camera from your neighbours, friends or relatives for one day and return it again. If this doesn't work you can order a web cam online from any e-commerce website of your choice. It is better to order it early because there might be a delay in delivery due to limited staff during the this time of uncertainty. You need to have a web cam for Remote Proctored Exam because you have to switch off microphone and web cam during the exam else your exam will not be evaluated. We would suggest you to arrange the required things before the exam so that there will not be any hurry in the last minute and disappointments.

• Vellore Institute of Technology will conduct the VITEEE 2021 as a remote-proctored exam on May 28, 29 and 31.
• SRMJEEE 2021 phase 1 exam on May 23 & 24 and phase 2 on July 25 & 26.
• The JEE exam is postponed and the dates are not yet announced. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information.
• COMEDK UGET 2021 exam to be held on June 20, 2021. The authorities will conduct the COMEDK exam 2021 in online mode.

The jee syllabus is so much similar with the VIT entrance examination syllabus. You need to take preparation for the subjects like, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English. Both the name of the Institute's which you have putted in your query are one among the well top rated Universities of India. VIT is fetching the top rank among all the private universities in the MHRD , NIRF ranking scenario and for the Manipal University it has the reputed tag of "Institute of Eminence" which has given from the MHRD, Government of India. See it will be hard to compare both among these because it depends upon the certain parameters . It totally depends upon the students point of view in which factor you are comparing both of these institutions. However, I would suggest if you got a chance to get admission in both, go with VIT.

I hope you are doing good . With reference to your query , I want to tell you that getting admission in cse through management quota is quite difficult  . Due to high demand of cse branch majority(more than 90percent) of seats are reserved  for admission through VITEEE exam . VIT holds very high nirf ranking , seats are fillled through entrance only and their is no management quota for securing seat in VIT through any such management quota

According to previous year cutoff, to get seat in VIT Vellore in Computer Science and Engineering Branch your rank is under 8000. If you Score 113 or above than 113 in VITEEE then you have chance to get seat in VIT Vellore with CSE branch. Cutoff may vary every year it depend on some factor like :-Difficulty level of exam, Number of candidate appear in the exam, previous year cutoff and total number of seat in VIT. VITEEE is Vellore Institute of Technology entrance examination. There are so many students are applying for this minimum number of seats. Full marks VITEEE is 125. So you have to score minimum 95+ or 100. Then you have to chance to get VIT Vellore branch in CSE. And your 12th PCM marks also above 65%. Then you will get easily admission there.

For CSE branch the last cutoff rank was around 8000 in VITEEE in first to second rounds.IF you can score above 113 then there is a good chance that you can get admission with CSE branch.It is little bit hard cause there is too much competition for getting seats in CSE for VIT college.You need to study hard in order to get a seat there.

NIT Warangal and NIT Trichy are far better than VIT Vellore.The placement here are more than 97 percentage over here and that too with lucrative salary packages.Many renowned companies comes here for recruitment and also passing out from NIT has different accentuation.
