Engineering Category – 18th Rank
Management Category – 46th Rank
University Category – 19th Rank
Overall Category – 32nd Rank
When we see placements wise approx 80% students get placed .

VIT is a decent college, and it is very good among the other private colleges. The placements for computer science related branches are good.
In VIT, Computer science Engineering (CSE) department placement records are slightly better than IT with the highest package offered of 25 lakh per annum.

I understand your problem. The question is quite genuine. For your information Vit conducts VITMEE for integrated mtech admissions. This is a single entry and single exit procedure. You need to appear in this exam to get admission in this course. check official site for more details.

Honestly, VIT Vellore has really good infrastructure. The campus is of course massive, well maintained. you pretty much get everything you need inside, from academic blocks to hostels and food courts. It does get very crowded though. reallyyy crowded.
The college infrastructure is well-developed and supports both academic and extracurricular activities. The campus has spacious classrooms with proper seating, lighting , and ventilation , which create a comfortable environment .
