As we know that this year VITEEE has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances of Corona virus so no cut-off will be declared, just closing ranks will be declared which is not declared yet.

If you want to choose among two universities as you asked above so I would prefer you to go with VIT Vellore because VIT Vellore ranks on 1st position by Careers360 ranking whereas UPES Dehardun is on 16th position. Moreover VIT has better quality education with proper placement
