Raj Abhishek Singh , last date for admission in VIT Vellore is 29-July-2020 to 02-Aug-2020. And for SRM is 31st of july 2020 so I think you are late for apply admission in both of the mentioned colleges so apply in another college.

VIT has cancelled VITEEE-2020 entrance exam because of the ongoing Pandemic. So for this year, the Admissions will now be done on +2 / Pre-University marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology. However, JEE Main qualified candidates will be given more weightage.

Since it is the first time VIT is taking admission through 12th merit ,it's quite tough to predict whether you will get the CSE here.
But definitely seeing your marks you have high chances of getting the branch(if not CSE, definitely other branches).
