But in general considering your case then i can say that you have to opt for category 4th or 5th to get CSE

As you would know that the exam was cancelled for VITEEE and the admission is given on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in Qualifying Exam (Class 12th Board Exam).
Based on your rank you can't get into VITEEE campus. It is almost impossible to get in

OBC category or SC/ST category or any reservation category has nothing to do with the VIT counselling process as it is purely based upon rank you get in Entrance exam conducted by VIT itself, VITEEE.

This year VITEEE 2020 is cancelled and admission is base done merit in class 12, JEE Main/SAT. It is difficult to predict the chances of getting seat in CSE in VIT Bhopal and VIT, Andhra Pradesh as cut off rank is dependent of total number of seats available, number
