As you would know that the exam was cancelled for VITEEE and the admission is given on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in Qualifying Exam (Class 12th Board Exam). Based on your rank you can't get CSE in VITEEE Vellore.

You will have to secure a rank below 5k for the Vellore campus.

Now they have approx 8–10 specialization in CSE excluding core CSE, so nowadays you can easily get into this all CSE specialization with under 10k rank.

If you have no priority for the campuses, you
