Yes you can fill the VITEEE application form now as it has been extended.
VIT has only informed that the application process has been extended but it has not disclosed when it is ending, so you can apply now for VITEEE 2020 application form till further notification.

You can get into VIT Vellore through the entrance exam conducted by the university named VITEEE. The basic eligibility criteria is that a general category candidate should have secured 60% and above in Maths/Biology, Chemistry and Physics in 10+2 or equivalent examination.
