Amity University | M.Tech Admissions 2025
ApplyRanked amongst top 3% universities globally (QS Rankings).
Hey Viraj,
Choosing amongst these two private universities shouldn’t be a difficult task. It is highly recommended to choose VIT over LPU owing to the NIRF Rankings. Moreover, the campus of VIT has a slight edge over LPU. Microsoft, this year, offered jobs worth 40 LPA to 8 students at VIT this year. VIT guarantees 100% placements as well.
Hope this helps.
Chandigarh University is a tier 3 college while Shiv Nadar University is a tier 2 college (will before long be a level 1 school) as it is new and very few individuals are familiar with it.
Placement of SNU is 8 LPA whereas CU is 3 LPA
SNU likewise has an area advantage all things considered in NCR close to IT center point Noida through CU is extremely distant from IT center points (I don't think about Chandigarh as IT center)
SNU has Ph.D. holders as teachers as they are from IIT, MIT (USA), Harvard, and other top unfamiliar colleges. Supported by HCL bunch
No management quota in SNU gives SNUSAT or JEE then no one but you can get confirmation through in CU you will get immediate affirmation with no portion with 60% in sheets. So the swarming nature of SNU is a whole lot better
LPU is superior to some other universities. It is a UGC-perceived and prestigious University and is viewed as one among the top 5 colleges of the country due to its quality training and fantastic situations, tremendous course openings, and lovely 600-sections of land grounds to live in with the most recent offices.
Lastly, I would agree that VIT is far superior to LPU for any branch you need to seek after. In VIT you will get a better foundation along with an educational plan with a better pace of arrangements. The educators are all-around knowledgeable about their fields which is a vital highlight be noted.
Choose accordingly and consult others! All the best
Greetings!
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University of technology has many affiliated colleges out of which maharaja surajmal institute and Maharaja Agarsen institute shows good placement stats. The average package offered in this college is Rs. 5 lakh.
It will not be a better choice over LPU or VIT if you are not a Delhi candidate. LPU and vit shows good placement statistics . In comparison of LPU and vit, vit is better as the average package of this college is more.

Hello Aspirant,
If you are planning to do masters from VIT i would recommend to kindly look for goverment colleges because doing masters from an premier institute guarantees your placement too
But on the other if you are joining VIT and spending lakhs of rupees and still there are good chances of remaining unplaced. If you want to join then simply you need to apply for it . Give GATE too if you secure good marks in that they would give you some benefits too .
Hello Aspirant,
VIT has huge amount of students in its college campuses . I would recommend you to join the main campus and not the new ones because these new campuses do not guarantee the placements and being a private college and spending lakhs of rupees and then chances of getting unplaced in this colleges is maximum among the four campuses. So it is better to join main campus.
Hello Aspirant,
If you have completed your 12th (equivalent to Diploma ) and have passed your subjects with atleast 40% marks then you are absolutely eligible to give your VITEEE .
In VIT there are a total of 7 categories in which the fees goes up as the category goes up. The fees is highest in the category 7. And the lowest fees is in category 1 . Some other benefits are given if you score 9 pointer . The attendance percentage doesn't matter . You may or may not go to the college.
Hello aspirant,
I recognise that you are interested in learning more about the hiring practises at the Vellore Institute of Technology in Vellore. To allay your concerns, VIT Vellore places more than 70% of its students in on-campus jobs, with the highest salaries topping $30 lakhs annually. Numerous more renowned companies, like Amazon, Paypal, Reliance, Intel, Aptiv, NetApp, Phillips, NXP, Udaan, TCS, and Infosys, visit to provide placement.
Additionally, internship opportunities are provided to all students.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you.
Hello Aspirant,
First of all VIT doesn't disclose its cut off officially . As the number of applicants and the number of seats in the college are huge one can't predict the cut offs from outside.
The seats are divided category wise from 1-7 . Each category has different fee structure. The higher the category number the higher is your B.tech fees. So , try to get into VIT in Category 1 and Category 2 at Max.
The CSE cut off for category 7 would be around 40k.
For more information about the cut offs you can check out the link given below -
Hi Candidate,
As you have mentioned you forget to book a slot in the mentioned timeframe. Don't worry, the default slots and centre which are empty with some bookings are alloted for such conditions. You can login to the portal to check your current status and to know the slot that is being booked by the system for you.
I hope it helps.
Thank you!
VIT Vellore has the most amazing infrastructure! The campus is huge and super clean. Classrooms are modern, labs are well equipped, and there are so many cool spots to hang out. It feels great to study here !
The infrastructure of the academic blocks is as you expect from any college and is really good and perfect with proper and big and spacious classrooms, labs, along with big spaces for sitting and also canteens shops and even the toilets are really good and well maintained other than that the campus is also really beautiful and spacious with many trees facilities along with transport facilities and various sports ammendments although the hostels depend on which type of block and room you pick they are mostly good except for summer times when vellore is really hot ACs in classrooms should've been put although they are present in labs and rooms, the food is also dependent on your block but it's really mostly good only.
Overall insfrastructure is average. academic building are well maintained but hostels are very congested. Once u get any any room its very hard to change(they will act like SBI employees to u when u fill application for room changing).
