 I awould suggest you VIT vellore would be better because of better brand and exposure it has decent placement also because of historic past.

If you are from a Hindi belt then i think IPU is better because in VIT there are more than 80% localities for BBA. I am not stating it randomly as i have studied there for Btech and i know the situation for BBA. Someimes faculties starts teaching
