Yes, conduct certificate is mandatory for counselling round of Vellore Institute of Technology. If your Transfer Certificate mentions that your character is good then I don't think so that you'll have to attach any additional conduct certificate.

Your rank should be around 500 to get admission in Vellore VIT for MCA.

But it also depends on the preference of other candidates selection of campus.

• Candidates should secure an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination
• The combined PCBE/PCME marks should be 50%
• Should be born on/after July 01, 1996
• Nationality : Indian national / NRI /

         The idea of doing your pg in neet is very good and and the maximum rank to get into is for 1st category the rank would be around 200 to 300 while the second category would be lasted from 600 to 800.....mostly these ranks are called for counciling

With this rank, you have a futile chance of getting MCA in VIT Vellore through VITMEE.

Since its cutoff varies from year to year. According to the previous year analysis, the cutoff will be around 1200-1300 for MCA.
