For VIT Vellore campus, the cutoff of VITEEE for CS (for last to last year) was 7000 rank, while the cutoff for Chennai campus was 14,000. This cutoff is for the year 2016, as the cutoff for 2017 is not released yet.

VIT AP or any other branch under VIT does not accept admission based on eamcet score. It conducts a separate examination for ug courses named as VITEEE. if you want admission in vit you need to appear for viteee exam. One more thing I want to make clear
