Among the above four, sri ventateshwara university, Andhra university, jntu kakinada university are government universities and vignan university is a deemed to be university where fee structure is very high when compared to government universities. To get seat in government universities you need to get high marks in EAMCET but if you need to join in deemed universities there will be different factors for admission .

I can't say which college is best one because it's your choice to take your decision based on your capabilities and preferences. I can give you pros and cons of the colleges so, that you can choose your college

In Deemed Universities you can get good infrastructure and rare advance courses and placements will be also good.

In government universities you will have same study functionality as state proceeds. but will get better  experiences with low fee structure and experienced faculty.

According to the percentile mentioned by you, your approximate rank would be near about 95,000-96, 000 and on the basis of this rank you can get seat in Vignan University but since you have not mentioned your category so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately.

You can get admission in vignan through Jee main .

Admission to B.Tech. programmes will be through Vignan's Scholastic Aptitude Test, V-SAT an online test, conducted byVignan'sUniversity on all India basis. Candidates qualified in AP or TS EAMCET /JEE(Mains) /JEE(Advanced) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the +2 / Intermediate examination.

Admission procedure

The admission will be on the basis of the performance in the VSAT/EAMCET/JEE

The merit position of the candidate for admission will be based on the RANK obtained in V-SAT /EAMCET/JEE, provided if he/she gets minimum B2 grade / CGPA of 7.0 in Andhra Pradesh or above 60% aggregate marks in Telangana State in the +2 / Intermediate examination as per the eligibility criteria. Admissions will be purely on merit and by following the reservation policy applicable to Vignans Foundation for Science, Technology & Research (Deemed to be University).

A common merit list will be prepared based on the performance in the entrance test and they will be called for the counselling to be held at the Vignas University premises at Vadlamudi, Guntur District through common ranking.

Admissions to various programmes will, however, be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates/documents of the candidates. In case any discrepancy is noticed even at a later point of time after admission, the management reserves the right to cancel the admission and such a decision shall be final and binding on the candidate.

There are different categories like normal rooms, deluxe rooms, AC rooms. The approx fee for hostel per year is 100000. They have a share of 5 people for room. The infrastructure of hostel and the food is quite good. There are AC and non AC rooms too. The hostel will accommodate with food, gym, library, medical emergency etc.

candidates who opted for Admission based on performance in V-SAT/EAMCET/JEE (Mains)-2020 comes under category A, there is 10% DISCOUNT in fees  is given if rank is under 400-2000, since your vsat rank is above 2000 you are not eligible for scholarships or fees waiver,

tuition fees structure is as follows,

one time payment 20,000

tuition fee per year is 230000

hostel fees is not available in official website. you may contact with college authority for more details.

The result for UG students has been declared in the month of Jan and Feb.All you have to do this, visit the official website. Then, hit the Result link.Check your exam & click on that link. The result will be shown in a pdf format on the computer screen.You can download it.

As cutoff vary every year depending upon the number of candidates appeared for the exam, total seats available , difficulty level of the exam and your category too so it is not possible to provide you exact data so on an average you can consider this cutoff about 50 percent of the total marks of the entrance  which is 120 .

It is quite impossible to tell the rank on the respect to your marks. Because each other applied student count changes. The exam full marks is 120. Although there are no pass marks or cut off marks. The approximately pass mark is about 50 to 60 marks.
