Yes. Both the institutes you mentioned offer scholarships based on JEE Mains. At KL deemed to be university, the scholarship is offered on the basis of both JEE mains, JEE advanced scores, 12th score\, EAMCET score. At Vignan JEE mains,12th score, EAMCET scores are taken into consideration to offer scholarships.

Computer science engineering is one of the most popular course and maximum number of students opt for CSE. 

Vignan University provide good placements but packages are not high. You need to work hard for good placements.Proper labs and classrooms are available for students. Faculties are really nice and supportive and knowledgeable as well.  They use different and attractive teaching methods. Average package offered was around 3-4 lacs and placements are slowly improving but . Various Development programs and industrial visits take place in college so that students gain some practical knowledge as well . Placement cell is quite helpful and train students for placements.

It completely depends on cutoff for that exam if your score is above cutoff marks then definitely you can seek for admission in that university else there may be a chance that you can get admission through management if possible else doors are closed.
