I am studying currently pg. in the college, college infrastructure is good. friendly staffs , No ragging , when it rains,college ground filled with water, cars are parking in the play ground, rarely conduct intercollege games, after completing college main gate block the vehicle, we have to go the other way,that way is completely worst,there is no road is there. hostel food is rarely good. otherwise college is good.
The College has air conditioned, gallery type lecture halls equipped with audio visual aids like LCD projectors. The hospital is equipped with 26 departments including specialities like plastic surgery

General Medicine is the branch of medicine that deals with the diagnosis and nonsurgical treatment of diseases of the internal organs. AVMC Pondicherry academic Organized academic programs for students include small group teaching, practical, project work, physical examination etc. AVMC is one of the premier private medical colleges in Pondicherry.
The college gives internships to the students to acquire useful information from work. The stipend for internships for 1st month- 40,000, 2nd month- 41,000, 3rd month-42,000. Placements ratio is good here specially for MD students.
At the time of admission, candidates should sign declaration / undertakings declaring that they shall abide by the rules and regulations of the University including Anti-Ragging Regulations of the UGC/MCI and observe good conduct and behaviour and that they are bound by the University rules on payment of fees / refund of fees.
