Achutha Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital Research Centre, Bangalore. This Ayurvedic institution-housed under the Bachelor in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) program-courseresearch and hands-on training of students in traditional Ayurvedic health care. The admission policy is designed to be selective towards serious and talented aspirants who share an interest in Ayurveda medicine.
The admission into Achutha Ayurvedic Medical College for the BAMS program is on a merit basis primarily through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). NEET is another form of competitive entrance examinations held across the country for BAMS. Thus, an aspirant must qualify the NEET exam and score marks that meet the cut-off to gain entry into the college.
Eligibility for admission into the BAMS program at Achutha Ayurvedic Medical College requires the candidate to have completed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects. A minimum qualifying mark of 50 percent in aggregate in these subjects (45 percent for SC/ST/OBC) was required. The lower age limit is usually 17 years as on December 31 of the year of admission; no upper age limit is prescribed.

3.NEET Result: After the declaration of NEET results, check the score as well as the all-India rank.
4. Counseling Registration: If the candidates qualify the cutoff criteria, the counseling registration process will be done at the state level. Generally, it involves an online form preceding the payment of a counseling fee.
5. Document Verification: Attend document verification according to the announced schedule by the counseling authority. Carry all original documents along with photocopies.
6. Seat Allotment: Based on your NEET score, rank, and choice, seats will be allotted during counseling rounds.
7. Reporting to College: Immediately assigned a seat in Achutha Ayurveda Medical College; the student must report to the institute with all the required documents along with the necessary fees within the time prescribed.

BAMS- Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery: The Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is the flagship program in Achutha Ayurvedic Medical College Hospital Research Center. It is a full-time integrated course of 5.5 years duration, including a compulsory 1-year internship. Admission to BAMS course depends on the NEET entrance exam results of the candidate. The allocation of seats will therefore be through the centralized counseling procedure specified by the concerned state authorities.
