Ahalia College of Nursing, Palakkad Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College has an excellent library facility with internet access. It consists of table and individual chairs with capacity of 60 students. It is well equipped latest edition library books and nursing journals. 

The auditorium is spacious and equipped with latest audio-video facilities. It is being extensively useful for college programs, seminars, guest lectures, symposium, workshop and extracurricular activities.

Nursing Foundation Lab :

This laboratory is basically for first year students to develop skill in basic nursing procedures for patient care like personal hygienic needs, elementary needs etc. The lab has well equipped equipment’s, Adult beds, Pediatric beds and highly advanced mannequin for nursing procedures and CPR (Both Adult & Newborns).

Pre-clinical (Anatomy & Physiology) Lab :

This laboratory is mainly for first year students to facilitate easy learning of human body structures with the help of human skelton, charts and models of body parts.

Canteen facility is available for students and staff with adequate dining table and chairs, neat pantry and washing facility. This canteen serves quality food from morning to night.

College is providing hostel facility for boys separately along with mess facility, sports and recreation facilities.

College is providing hostel facility for girls separately along with mess facility, sports and recreation facilities.

Medical facility is provided for all students and staff by Ahalia hospitals attached to Nursing College. Well educated doctors and ambulance service are available for 24 hours. Regular medical check-ups are also available from Ahalia hospitals.

Campus has a well spacious playground where students can practice various outdoor games and compete sports events.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
