The diploma in Civil Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by the Jharkhand University of Technology, Ranchi, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Eligibility Criteria

The student should have passed 10th or 12th in PCM from a recognized board with at least 35% marks in their 10th board examination.

Lateral Entry: The candidate can also apply for lateral entry to a diploma in engineering through which they can get direct admission to 2nd year of a three-year course of diploma in engineering. Such candidates must have passed 12th Science (with Mathematics as one of the subjects) or the candidate must have passed a degree in ITI (Technical Field) from a recognized institute or the candidate must have acquired a vocational qualification or a certificate course in the technical field after completing 10th/12th from a recognized board
