Hostel Facilities for Indian and international boys are separate. All of the students can stay at the hostel and eat healthy food. There is a table, chair, cot, and fan in each room.

The library has complete automation. For the advantage of the faculty and students, more than a quarter of a lakh of books and reference volumes are currently piled. In order to keep students up to date on current events, the library encourages students to independently pursue the open access system in the stack area, newspapers, and periodic subscriptions to reputable journals and magazines. 

The college has more than 25  well-equipped labs for students to use under the guidance of their respective teachers, including those for physics, chemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, computer science, computer applications, paleontology lab, ore and petrology, sewing and drapery, beauty care lab, multimedia lab, and communication lab. 

AVS College of Arts & Science campus extends over an area of 13.34 acres with a usage area of 27011.5 Sq.m. comprising classrooms with proper ventilation, numerous Laboratories, workshops, Smart classrooms, a Library, digital library, a Computer Centre and Seminar halls. The classrooms of respective departments consist of essential provisions to enable the use of LCD Projector and Laptop/Computer for the Teaching-Learning process. The College has seminar halls with LCD projectors, computers with internet connectivity and a public address system.

The college offers a canteen with a wide selection of delicious, hygienically prepared meals at particularly subsidized prices. You should go to the canteen if you need breakfast, lunch, a short snack, or a cup of coffee.

AVS College of Arts & Science operates buses for the convenience of students and staff. The College runs 42 Buses for providing transport facility to students from various places in and around area. The number of buses will be increased corresponding to the increase in the intake of students.

Students can strengthen their bodies, channel their energies in a healthy way, and increase their stamina to better handle the demands of college life in the well-equipped multi-gym. It has to be acknowledged that numerous state and university level body-building champions have trained at our gym.

They have all required facilities for sports. Even T. Mariyappan - Paralympic high jumper is also from here.
