Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must pass Intermediate Examination or equivalent (10+2 Level) from any recognized Board/University with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics.

For Lateral Entry (LEET) Second Year

Passing three-year diploma in engineering from any recognized Board/University/Institute with minimum 45% marks (aggregate) or with minimum 45% marks in the final year for UR category and 40% for SC, ST, OBC category and PWD candidates of Chhattisgarh is essential.

Passing B.Sc exam from recognized Universiy/Institute with minimum 45% marks (aggregate) or with minimum 45% marks in the final year for UR category and with 40% for SC, ST and OBC category and with 40% for SC, ST, and OBC category and PWD candidate of Chattisgarh is essential. In addition, passing 12th with mathematics as the subject is essential. B.Sc candidate shall be considered only when diploma candidates are not available.

Admission Details

Qualifying examination for Admission - PET & JEE (Mains)

Admission to all the courses is conducted through Central Online Counseling administered by Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Chhattisgarh. The dates and other details of such counselling are displayed through advertisement in local newspapers as well as their official website (www.cgdteraipur.ac.in). However, admission under Sponsored Category, Part Time courses and management Quota seats are administered at the Institute level.

College Infrastructure

College has a good mix of academic and recreational facilities. It has clean classrooms with projectors, fully functional laboratories for each department, and high-speed internet access across the campus. The central library is a key highlight and offers digital as well as physical learning material. Hostel facilities are clean, safe, and supervised. Food served in the mess is decent, and hygiene is maintained. There are also various common rooms and lounges for group studies.

College Infrastructure

required infrastructure of all departments are present including labs and auditorium, sport complex and cafeteria.Living spaces are clean and spacious.Smart boards are in some classrooms and labs. Hostels are clean and maintained.

In short the college is good if you want to work hard.

College Infrastructure

College has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Classrooms are well equipped and laboratories, library, sports Centre are well maintained. Hostels are poor and have to refurbished. Mess food is okay. Hostel students have to struggle a lot.
