Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must pass Intermediate Examination or equivalent (10+2 Level) from any recognized Board/University with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics.

For Lateral Entry (LEET) Second Year

Passing three-year diploma in engineering from any recognized Board/University/Institute with minimum 45% marks (aggregate) or with minimum 45% marks in the final year for UR category and 40% for SC, ST, OBC category and PWD candidates of Chhattisgarh is essential.

Passing B.Sc exam from recognized Universiy/Institute with minimum 45% marks (aggregate) or with minimum 45% marks in the final year for UR category and with 40% for SC, ST and OBC category and with 40% for SC, ST, and OBC category and PWD candidate of Chattisgarh is essential. In addition, passing 12th with mathematics as the subject is essential. B.Sc candidate shall be considered only when diploma candidates are not available.

Admission Details

Qualifying examination for Admission - PET & JEE (Mains)

Admission to all the courses is conducted through Central Online Counseling administered by Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Chhattisgarh. The dates and other details of such counselling are displayed through advertisement in local newspapers as well as their official website (www.cgdteraipur.ac.in). However, admission under Sponsored Category, Part Time courses and management Quota seats are administered at the Institute level.

College Infrastructure

All classrooms are bright, airy, and equipped with projectors for smart learning. Labs are available for every department and are regularly updated with the latest machines and instruments. The library is excellent, offering both printed and digital resources. There’s also a computer center, seminar halls, and a canteen with affordable and clean food. The hostels provide a comfortable stay, and the campus has proper security. Sports and cultural activities are well-supported.

College Infrastructure

Well-designed campus with all basic and modern facilities. Academic blocks are well organized, and the environment is clean and green. Each department has its own lab spaces with updated instruments and tools. The library is quiet and loaded with both print and online study material. Wi-Fi is available in most areas, including hostels and academic zones. There are decent hostel facilities with proper food and hygiene.

College Infrastructure

The classrooms are clean and airy, many of them equipped with smart boards for better understanding. The central library has a wide collection of books, journals, and digital resources for all departments. There are advanced computer and electronics labs, making it easier for students to apply their knowledge practically. The hostels are well-maintained with good food and Wi-Fi. Sports areas, medical facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere make the infrastructure quite student-friendly.
