The Bishop Heber College Tiruchirappalli provides separate hostels for boys. The hostel rooms are spacious with attached bathrooms and common bathrooms. Common rooms are also available to accommodate financially weak students.

The Bishop Heber College provides five hostels for female students namely Bishop Solomon Doraiswamy Hostel, Bishop Thorp Hostel, Margaret Addicott Hostel, G.H.Launder Hostel and  C.E. Hostel. The hostels are provided with facilities like the dining hall, common room, water, electricity and prayer room. 

The BHC Tiruchirappalli provides medical facilities to its students and staff through the Center for Healthcare and Fitness (CHF). The health centre is owned by the College Administration and run by the director of physical education and a single physician.
