PhD Clinical Psychology	Entrance exam conducted by the institute	Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in the relevant field. Candidates who have completed M.Phil with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (5% relaxation for reserved category candidates) are also eligible. Candidates whose M.Phil dissertation has undergone evaluation with only viva-voce pending can also apply.	4
M.Phil Clinical Psychology		Candidates must possess a Master’s degree or a professional degree that has been officially declared equivalent to a Master’s degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body. Candidates must have scored a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the qualifying degree. Candidates holding an equivalent degree from a foreign education institution that is accredited by an Assessment and Accreditation Agency are also eligible.	18

Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing		Candidates must have passed class 10/ Higher Secondary or equivalent from a recognized board.	18

CIP, Ranchi Admission to PhD, MPhil and Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing Program

Admission to PhD, M.Phil and Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing courses offered by the institute are done through a national level entrance exam conducted by CIP, Ranchi.
The advertisements for admission are published on the institute’s website between the months of October- November.
Candidates need to fill the application form and upload the required documents.
Registered candidates need to appear for the entrance examination which is conducted in the month of February.
Candidates are selected by a selection committee constituted by the Director General of Health Services (DGHS), New Delhi.
Qualified candidates are required to appear for the further admission processes and secure their seat in the institute.
The session for all the courses commences from May 1 every year.
