Hello Aspirant,

Christian Medical College , as the name says , is a christian minority institution . Hence majority of their seats go to christian minority network and institutional quota(staff quota). You will come under the open category which has further division for general category and SC/ST category . And the number of seats allotted for your category is 3 with the previous year cutoff being 452. So the competition will be tough and your chances seems low but you may give it a shot.

You may see the cutoff using this link:

All the best

CMC Vellore, doesn't conduct its counselling through All India Counseling. The seats are filled through State Counselling. You haven't mentioned your Category and also whether you are a sponsored Candidate or not. So it is difficult for us to analyse your options. For a complete list of colleges that you may have a shot at, please use our College predictor: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer .

Dear student

I commend your wise thinking and efforts.  The cutoffs of previous year were: 58437 for round one and 73803 for round two, for SC category. However, I think rather than brainstorming to this degree, you should use this year's declared cutoffs and seat matrix for reference too. Refer to this link,  it might be helpful.

The fees for Christian Medical College Vellore is about Rs 48,330/- This does not depend upon your marks but rather the category which you belong to (NRI candidates might have to pay more). The hostel charges vary. For boys, they are Rs 10,000 and for girls they are Rs. 4000.

Admission to MBBS and BDS courses of this institution is on the basis of eligibility and merit obtained in the NEET (UG) 2020.

Anycandidate irrespective of religion, caste, or domicile and who is an Indian National, can apply under this category. They are encouraged to serve in the CMC affiliated rural mission hospitals to understand the basic needs of the country.

Hey aspirant,

As per your mentioned marks I guess you may have chances of getting some of the government medical colleges through state counseling. In All india counseling it may be a bit difficult as for AIQ the candidate should score atleast 600+ marks. Since you haven't mentioned your category so considering you to be from unreserved one, there are some colleges in which you may get a seat, some of them are listed below:-

Bankura Sammilani Medical College, Bankura

COLLEGE OF MEDICINE AND JNM HOSPITAL, KALYANI

Diamond harbour govt medical college and hospital

Esic medical college, joka, kolkata

I Q city medical college, durgapur

There are few more colleges you can check them out using the link mentioned below:-

Note:-all the colleges mentioned above are on the basis of previous year cutoffs and cutoffs of colleges vary every year.

Also you can use our college predictor tool using the link mentioned below:-

Hope it helps!

Hi,

Management Quota is a government authorized system for private or deemed University by which students can secure Direct Admission in the institute. In this quota, a student won't be receiving any financial aid from the Central Government and State Government. In CMC Vellore, Fee for management quota is Rs. 48,530/- which is affordable than compared to other colleges whose fees are around Rs. 12.5 lakhs/- for management quota.

Hope this answer helps.

Thank you.

It is difficult to tell you the exact admission possibilities because every year the the cutoff varies due to various reasons, the college you are asking about is Christian Medical College situated in Ludhiana, it is a private college and for admission in MBBS course required 10+2 with 50% marks and minimum 350+ NEET score. If we talk about fees, MBBS from this college will cost around 25,50,000 Rs (tuition fees) per annum, there are 75 seats in MBBS course and according to my information there is no management quota fees since it is a private medical college it only has state quota and NRI quota, hope it helps.
