Dear Candidate

See as per your Marks-418 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.

You cannot get into any government medical college with this mark.

There is very less probability of getting a seat.

At this stage, I will suggest you must use this link to get a fair idea about the colleges both Private and Government you can get as per the score you have received and then plan accordingly.

Hello,

The  medical colleges in India having a quota for Christian minority is very less but still here is the list of few colleges:

Christian Medical College(Vellore)

Christian Medical College(Ludhiana)

St. John’s Medical College(Bangalore)

Father Muller Medical College(Mangalore)

Admission to it is strictly done by NEET scorecard after the other Pre-medical entrance exams. other than that you will have to submit a valid caste certificate for availing benefit of Christian minority seats.

hope this helps!

84 seats in CMC Vellore are filled by Minority Network Candidates. Admissions are given on the basis of inter-se-merit. With a Minority network rank of 34, you have a very fair chance at a seat in CMC. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.

Hello Aspirant,

The higher possibility is that your form will be disqualified or it will not be considered.

Filling ALL the accurate and relevant details is of utmost importance for your application form to be considered, only then they will consider you as a candidate.

I suggest you to immediately contact the college and see if they can help you out as there may be chances that they can provide you a way to rectify your mistake. If not, then you will not be able to qualify.

Hope this helps.

Hi Harish,

Yes, I believe in certain countries there is no age limit for medical entrances such as United States. You can give the MCAT exam in the US at any age, and join MBBS.

As per JIPMER, there is no upper age limit you can appear for them any time.

However for AIIMS upper age limit is 35 years.

Here is a link if you are interested in doing your college from overseas (USA):

https://students-residents.aamc.org/applying-medical-school/article/applying-international-applicant/

If you are interested in doing MBBS from Russia, then unfortunately you are not eligible to sit for NEET examination..and that score is used to get admission at Russian medical colleges. You are still eligible to give JIPMER!  Study hard, it's never too late for anything !:)

Hope this helps! Good luck! All the best !

The CMC MBBS Entrance Exam is a computer based one, conducted in English.

It shall carry multiple choice questions with five options from Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General Aptitude with 50 questions from each section with no negative marking scheme.

Exam is designed to measure knowledge and understanding of subject matter.

The test measures the reasoning, problem solving and analytical ability of the applicant.

Hope, this helps.

Dear Student

As per your query, I suggest you to email and call them up and inform about your issue.

As CMC Vellore comes under private university its rules and requlations are quite different.

Also, make sure at your end to clarify whether you are getting a merit seat or a management quota seat.

Hey!

Sorry but you need to mention the examination you have appeared in, so make it clear first and provide you all the important details regarding your query then only we will be able to provide you with an answer.

Thanks.

Hello aspirant,

Well according to last year's cutoff you might not have good chances of getting a government medical college via All India quota counselling.

But you may have chances of getting a government medical college state quota counselling.

Kindly provide more information like a domicile and category for more information.
