CMC does come under NEET, but being a minority institution has some privileges. They conduct one more test to screen the candidates and another test/interview before finalizing the candidates.

And only 12 seats are open seats - 84 seats goes for the minority candidates

For CMC, expected NEET cut off for 2018 for Other Backwards Class is between 468 - 465 marks out of 720 marks.
