Hello Aspirant.
Hope you are doing well.
There are less chances of you to get the admission in the government medical college karnataka with 27000 rank . But the cut off varies every year so maybe you'll get the admission because cut off depends upon various numbers of factors such as the difficulty level of exams, no of candidates, etc. But the cut off for the reserved category is comparatively low than the cut off of unreserved category.
GOOD LUCK, STAY MOTIVATED AND HOPE THIS HELPS.
Thankyou.

Dear aspirant hope you are doing well..
There is a seat leaving bond is signed by the candidate.. If she/ he wants to leave the medical seat, then s/he have to pay some amount..
but you can leave your seat in 1st round counselling without any charges..
The undertaking/bond is to ensure that in case the student leaves the seat after the 2nd/final counseling, or at any time during the course of study, leading to a loss of the seat, then the candidate will deposit an amount of Rs 5,00,000 / different for different state or college.
Then take admission in medical college which is alloted in state counselling through state counselling process.
hope it's helpful.
thank you
