Hello aspirant!
Hope you are doing well.

It is very difficult to predict whether you will get a government medical college or not at these marks as cutoff changes every year due to many factors like No. Of candidates, no. Of seats, difficulty level etc.

But according to previous year's data it very difficult to tell which college you can get.
However you can get private medical college at these marks for sure.
Here is the list of colleges which you can get :-

  • KMC Mangalore - Kasturba Medical College

  • KPC Medical College and Hospital, Jadavpur

  • IIMSR Lucknow - Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research

  • DYPMC Pune - Dr D Y Patil Medical College Hospital and Research Centre

Hello,

If you are interested in knowing the marks that you need to assure to be on the safe side for Government Medical Colleges in Karnataka for the NEET 2022 Examination, then I would like to tell you that as such there isn't any exact standard set for marks for GMCs.

Cut-offs for colleges change every year depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to  increase compared to last year.

Still if we go by previous year data then for a General Category candidate, it is must to score more than 640-650 marks, to be assured of getting MBBS seat in a Good Government Medical College.

For complete details about previous year cut offs of All the medical colleges in Karnataka for MBBS and BDS and for different categories, kindly check out the link given below-

I hope you find the answer helpful.

Thank you

Hello,

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every year depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to  increase compared to last year.

If we go by the previous year data for State counseling for Tamil Nadu, then cut off  All India Rank for Christian Medical College, Vellore was as following

Institutional Quota - 2080 AIR

• General Quota - 213 AIR

With your result it seems very difficult for you to get MBBS seat in CMC Vellore.

Thank you.

Hi

I am  assuming  you from general category

Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Uttar Pradesh

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off  depends upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available etc

When we go through previous data then

>>>> With 560  marks,

You hold  a   low chance for an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College

For example,

in neet  2020,  610 marks  for general category was the cut off / lowest marks  to get a seat in Govt. Medical College   under UP  state quota and it was for Autonomous State Medical College and Associated Teaching Hospital, Bahraich

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp

You have chances for mbbs in private medical college under UP state quota which are listed below  :-

  • Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly:- 491 marks

  • National Capital Region Institute of Medical Sciences, Meerut

  • United Institute of Medical Sciences, Prayagraj

  • Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences, Gajraula

  • FH Medical College, Agra

  • Varun Arjun Medical College, Shahjahanpur

  • Career Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Lucknow

And a few more

>>>>> All india counselling

But yes,

In all india counselling

Dear applicant if you make an assumption based on the past few years cut-off trends you would get an overview that with 451 marks and being from OBC Category you have possibilities to get seats in Private Medical Colleges in India, like

1. Dayanand Institute of Medical Sciences

2. Adesh Institute of Medical Sciences

3. Christian Medical College

Or you can get private BDS colleges too, but chances in government colleges is quite low. Use our NEET UG college predictor to predict the best possible colleges based on your merit rank

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Good luck!!

Dear candidate as per the 326 marks that you have secured in NEET UG 2021 and since you are from OBC Category, you do have possibilities of getting BAMS Colleges but may not be the government ones, this is because for government BAMS You need 400 plus score mostly. But yes you will receive seats in private institutions, I would suggest you to use our NEET UG college predictor to predict the best colleges based on your merit rank

Good luck!!

Hi reader ,

under the selection of counselling following things are mentioned:

1)ALL INDIA QUOTA

2)DU/IP

3)DEEMED UNIVERSITIES

4)ARMED FORCE MEDICAL

5)OPEN SEATS

6)Bsc NURSING.

now if you want to participate in counselling for all the colleges coming under all india quota select option 1. if you want to take part in open seats of JIPMER , BHU , AMU then you can select option 1 and 5

if you are from delhi and want to participate in counselling of colleges under DU/IP then you can select 2 also

all these options are for you to decide .

if you donot want to take part in counselling of deemed or open seats then dont select those options

i hope this helps
