Hi
Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Maharashtra
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then ,
>>>>> with 82288 rank,
You hold a low chance for an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
in neet 2020, 34722 rank for general category was the lowest rank to get an mbbs seat in Government Medical College, under Maharashtra State quota and it was for Government Medical College, Gondia
You can check the same at

Hello aspirant,
There are many private institutions for MBBS and BDS in Karnataka. On the basis of previous year cutoffs, you can get admission in private medical colleges. Some of the low fees private medical colleges are:
But remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors. These are only few colleges during counselling process you must apply for other colleges also.
Hope you get some clarification.
Hi
All India rank is considered and not category rank
Have you even qualified neet?
In neet 2021 , a total of around 15 lakh student had appeared and you have got 99553 i. e around 10 lakh rank means your percentile would be less than 50 percentile.
And thus,
You cannot get admission in any medical college
This is because,
You have failed to qualify Neet examination but in order to be eligible for getting admission in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS etc even in private colleges for management quota seat or anywhere you must qualify Neet examination
For your reference,
Neet 2021 qualifying cutoff for different categories is :-
. NEET 2021 CUT OFF
Category cut off percentile Cut off marks
General/ EWS 50th 720-138
General-PH 45th 137-122
SC 40th 137-108
ST 40th 137-108
OBC 40th 137-108
SC/ST/OBC-PH 40th 121-108
So,
General/EWS category student requires at least 50 percentile to qualify neet 2021.

Now that,
You have failed to qualify , I would suggest you to prepare again for Neet examination .
Follow the below tips to prepare well for your Neet examination
Follow routine to avoid wastage of time
Make sure all your studies revolve around reading practicing question and revision
Practice is the key, solve MCQs in each chapter
Stress and focus more on NCERT especially for biology
Solve previous year question paper and mock papers of neet.
And don't worry we have Neet knockout program which will help you at every step of your preparation , the link for the same is given below

Hello Student
Neet cutoff percentile and scoring marks for OBC candidate is 40th percentile and the scoring must varied from400 to 350.You have Got 440 marks in NEET examination and your from BCb category candidate then chance for you to get a a private medical college of government seat means in state quota which is 85% of the remaining seat of the respective state that comes under the state counselling process.
Hope this helps.
Hello Aspirant,
At 306 marks it is quite difficult to get admitted to BAMS Govt. college . I would recommend you to try in state counselling but the chances are not that great. I would also recommend you to consider Semi government and private institutions for BAMS.
