The cutoff for year 2021 have not been confirmed yet for Karnataka. But you can have idea about the same with the previous year cutoffs.

For SC category, to get government seat for MBBS in Karnataka, one must score above 450+ marks in NEET UG exam to be on safer side. But remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling , difficulty level of exam, reservations and more.

It is very tough to get admission in private medical colleges at your score in general category as per the previous year cutoffs. There are some low fees private medical colleges in Karnataka but your score is lower than required. You can try for admission in deemed university college but their fees can go higher such as:

The cutoff of NEET changes every year.  According to the  last year cut off I am giving name of colleges below of which cutoff is less than 390 last year:

  • Khwaja bande Nawaz Institute of Medical Sciences 389
  • Adi chunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences 385 these

These cutoff were under 85% state quota seats.
