programme provides a conducive environment for personal and professional growth. The FPM is open to goal-oriented, self-driven and focused candidates who intend to enhance their career in teaching, research or corporate sector by pursuing an advance degree in management research.
A candidate going into the FPM will not only experience a course curriculum which will build their research skill and imbibe a sense of enquiry, but will also expose them to a world of ample opportunities for them to learn. They will enrich their experience in the form of the various options within the institute available for them. This will help them in their future career prospects.
Areas of Specialization
FINANCIAL SUPPORT:
In the first year, scholars will receive Rs. 40,000 per month, followed by Rs. 45,000 per month in the second year, and an impressive stipend of Rs. 50,000 per month in the third year!
The candidates who possess any of the above qualifications should have cleared one of the following tests: JRF/NET by UGC or CSIR: The candidates should have NET/JRF (qualified and valid) in the business management or allied disciplines (business economics, economics, tourism management, hotel management and Commerce) related to the academic degrees discussed in academic qualification.
CAT/GMAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA: qualified should not be taken earlier than two years from the date of admission).
Research Aptitude Test (RAT) FIIB will be conducting the online Research Aptitude Test (RAT) to assess the research aptitude of the candidate before going into the programme. It will consist of four sections namely: Analytical & Logical Reasoning, Data & Numerical Sufficiency, English Language Comprehension, and Research & Teaching Aptitude. The exam will be of 1.5 hours.

CSIR NET December 2025 examination will be held on 18th December 2025 for FIIB EFPM and FPM admission.
The XAT 2026 examination will be conducted on 4th January 2026 for FIIB PGDM admission.
The CAT 2025 exam for admission to the FIIBDelhi PGDM programme is scheduled for November 30, 2025.
