ApplyFortune Institute of International Business placement session gets a whopping INR 25 LPA as the highest package and INR 8.2 LPA as the batch average. The entire graduating batch had 180 students from various specialisations. The institute reports a 34% increase in hiring interest from new recruiters.
FIIB average package has increased from INR 6.30 LPA to INR 8.2 LPA this year, whereas the median average remained at INR 5.5 LPA. For the academic year 2022 , there have been offers extended from some of the leading brands in the country, offering competitive packages and stipends. FIIB placement report suggests that a total of 171 students were placed, and among them, 24% of students have multiple offers with them.

The FIIB MBA average package has been growing year-on-year. Despite a drop in the academic year 2020, FIIB placement 2021 and 2022 bounced back with a better number. There has been an increase in the packages offered since the FIIB placement 2020. The highest packages (for International) for the past few years are as follows:

The batch had some of the best talents, having work experience between 0.5 to 4 years. 38% of the students come with educational backgrounds in commerce and 24% from management. Some of the preferred industries in this placement session were BFSI, Finance, Marketing, and Edutech.
About 57% of the batch specialised in Marketing and 37% in business analytics. Compared to the previous batch, the students preferred the IT industry.

The majority of the graduating pool specialised in Marketing, followed by business analytics. Finance, Business Analytics and Marketing were the three major specialisations. More than 75 students, with marketing specialisation were placed in major companies like Phonepe, Tekie, ICICI, Vedantu, TATA AIG. Students from Finance were placed in ICICI Securities, HDFC and more.

Companies that visited FIB had offered around 140+ different job profiles. Some industries that comparatively performed better than the others are IT/ITES, BFSI, Consulting & Research, Edutech, and FMCG/FMCD. Students went for profiles like B2B sales, enterprise sales, consulting & analytics, which the students have most preferred.

After a lag in hiring during the academic year 2020, the stipend percentage has increased from 60% to 74% this year. Students graduating in the class of 2022 were 108 in total, having 0.5 to 4 years of experience. The batch had Male: Female ratio of 59%: 41%. 49.5% of the students had a specialisation in Marketing, and around 35% had one in Finance.

Out of the total of 108 students from the graduating batch, the most preferred industry for the corporate internship was BFSI and Edtech. Industry leaders from the BFSI and Edtech took most of the share from the talent pool. Other industries that had relatively seen a decent number of interest from the students were the logistics, Consulting & research industries.

Both of these colleges are good enough and are somewhat equal in all aspects when compared. But i would suggest you to go for FIIB rather tham Fostiima. The placements seems better in FIIB when compared to Fostiima and ROI is great. Also the campus and infrastructure of FIIB is way better. FIIB is been ranked at 93rd position by Times'21. Also it has great alumni connectivity and accepts scores of CAT, MAT , CMAT, ATMA and more.
